Sea Export cargo:
- Submit shipping instruction to issue MBL and submit VGM; ask for amendment (if any); Finalize MBL; Upload MBL on System of Flexport; 
- Check payment of MBL 
- Request carrier/co-loader send Debit note 
- Make LOI, Get Seaway bl, Telex release or Original MBL from the carrier/co loader; Close file, Save and Control Data
- Solve problems and troubles (if any)

Air Export cargo: 
- Send docs (Inv, Pkl, Security Forms,…) and details to make MAWB to Air Division; ask for amendment (if any) 
- Receive Gross weight, Chargeable weight, DIM, MAWB from air Division 
- Finalize MAWB and upload it on Public Data of Cus (S); Upload MAWB on System of Flexport 
- Close file, Save and Control Data 
- Solve problems and troubles (if any)

Double Check documents: 
- Check accuracy between HBL and MBL of all docs and check all Pre alert sent to Agents and Customers. 
- Check accuracy between Debit note from carriers and WO before arranging payment with Acc. 
- Check Payment with Acc before arrangement of telex rls HBL and MBL to avoid extra charges at dest due to late tlx rls. 
- Check SI and VGM cut off to ensure that no booking will be missed and docs will be submitted to the carriers on time and containers can be loaded on board accordingly. 
- Check KPI of Flexport to ensure KPI index should be from 95% to 100%. 
- Close file and help find solutions to solve problems if any. 
- Support Export team and colleagues from other Departments if needed (if team have someone off 1-2 days,…)


- Good knowledge in Import-Export & Shipping document procedure (Incoterms, Mode of Payment in International Trade, Kind of BL,…) 
- Be willing to share all experiences to colleagues . 
- Request assistance from colleagues about any issues dealing with customers or vendors prior to reporting to Supervisor. 
- Weekly report to Supervisor.
- Monthly KPI evaluating 
- Language: Fluency in English, Writing, Speaking and other languages. 
- Experience: at least 6 months in this field. 
- Used to work at other Freight Forwarder at Operations, Foreign Freight Forwarding Rep. Offices. 
- Control business system: professional documents / Docs (HB / L, MB / L), operators, customer service (CS), customer service quality.
