Clasquin VN was established and put into operation in 2008, and is operated and developed by an experienced team in the field of forwarding with full scope of service as AIR, OCEAN, Road transport, warehousing, customs clearance, international supply chain consulting

Contact client to get shipment detail.
Place the booking with carrier, shipping line,
Prepare Shipping Instruction submitted to carriers/co-loader.
Closely work with related parties (shipping line, carrier, agent) to arrange the shipping plan.
Issue the debit note/invoice to customers/ overseas for each shipment
Tracing shipments and update to customers & oversea partners.
Checking best freight cost from shipping lines, Co-loaders, agent
Quoting freight to overseas partners and internal sales team.
Making weekly/monthly data report of the shipping plan
Further information will be discussed during the interview.

Qualifications:

At least 1 year work experience in logistics/forwarding company
Experience in import-export documentation tasks.
Fast learner, able to work under high pressure.
Good communication skills
Good command of English and Computer skill

Working time: MON-FRI (08:00-12:00; 13:30-17:30)
